And the entire point of the rebuttal is that you're wrong, sometimes drugs are the best course, sometimes other treatments are better, and sometimes it's a combination of things. And, a positive mental state will help any of those courses.
It's morons like you that can't grasp that when someone says youre wrong it doesn't mean they're arguing the exact oppposite must be the only truth.
The rest of your post is just  . ADHD, for example, might be overdiagnosed but it does exist, and for some (not all, probably not even most) drugs will help.
so the take away is that you cant read?
ADHD only exists as an excuse for parents to not discipline their children.
thats a perfect example of invented disorders so people can feel better about their own failures.
in a majority of cases there are other reasons for ailments aside from "chemical imbalance". or theres a natural cause for the "chemical imbalance".
admitting it would be like a chyropractor admitting that all they do is alleviate symptoms of bad posture and worn out shoes.

Psychiatrists and psychologists have much different training. The result is that a high end psychologist has a lot more training in addressing mental health issues in ways that don’t involve popping a pill. In some ways that are even better suited to determine if therapy or a pill is the best option.
Meanwhile we have GPs prescribing antidepressants.
