Albion:
Armsman: fine as is
Cabalist: should have a better spec drain. Having a higher delve in the associated baseline is just weird.
Cleric: fine overall, but kinda dull, very generic healer. Not sure what to do about that.
Friar: needs a rear snare in staff spec.
Infiltrator: about the same as i've said of the cleric class.
Mercenary: higher damage or utility on follow-up positional styles in dual wield line.
Minstrel: MOS
Necromancer: don't know about it enough as an rvr class.
Paladin: second instant possibly...but what?
Reaver: higher damage on follow-up positional styles in flexible line.
Scout: fine as is
Sorcerer: 2.8 casting time on the snare nuke in matter spec as is the case for every other snare nuke in the game. Fine otherwise.
Theurgist: some improved version of the wind pets at lv.40 and 48 in spec as is the case in the two other lines.
Wizard: fine as is
Heretic: don't know about it enough

Midgard:
Berserker: fine as is
Bonedancer: fine as is
Healer: fine as is
Hunter: fine as is
Runemaster: fine as is, though a bit dull(see inf&cleric).
Savage: make the taunt instant with a 20s RUT, take charge back.
Shadowblade: fine as is
Shaman: fine as is
Skald: fine as is
Spiritmaster: fine as is
Thane: fine in term of abilities. Would probably need a bump to standard hybrid's WS.
Warrior: fine as is
Valkyrie: fine as is, take charge back.
Warlock: fine as is

Hibernia:
Animist: really needs a mobile main pet.
Bard: fine as is
Blademaster: higher damage or utility on follow-up positional styles in celtic dual line.
Champion: self-buff giving a chance to proc a dd in the valor specline.
Eldritch: some cold-debuffing tool with a high void spec.
Enchanter: DA buff spell made baseline.
Hero: fine as is
Mentalist: fine as is
Nightshade: fine as is
Ranger: needs defence. Not sure what.
Valewalker: needs a third interrupting instant.
Warden: 2.0x spec points. nothing more, nothing less.
Bainshee: fine as is
Vampiir: give determination, take charge back.


Mauler: instant auto-delete ability.

For the Eld


It has always been mythics intention that the eld remain as a utility caster for hibernia. Jack of all trades, master of none.


Mana

Mana is generally okay. High lvl single target disease spell should have debuff values increased by 5


Light

Light spec nuke should
have dd line shifted forward to 219 and placed as a lvl 50 spell to prevent
sub speccing light eldies from having blue disease and nearsight. Debuff graphics need a fix. Mezz
should have values increased by 10% if all the light level of spells are increased.


void

The weakest line is void. The fastest
option would be to

A)Convert Bolt damage to energy /or

B)Add a self only 186dd with +10 debuff to cold

or/and

Add root to Void eld with values starting from lvl 30 onwards. This will cement the view of the eld as a pure utility monger.


On a side note,

Animist should get the ability for their main pet to follow them like an ally.

If you want the debuff you'll have a crapy dd snare, i'm asking a base line DD to do like caby, Rm, Sm, Echant.
