Eldritch - baseline energy DD in mana so void elds can debuff like runecarvers
Cleric - restore the 30 second reuse timer to pbae mezz
Druid - baseline green con pet with no special abilities in nature
Archers - add AF debuff to crit shot to make it worth using
Bainshee - baseline single target bolt
Healer - level 21 spreadheal in mending to allow higher aug or pac specs
All hybrid melee classes - add a lower value version of stoicism
Warlocks - make chambers cause self damage like bright wizards in WAR
Animist - add mobile permanent pet to creeping spec
Wizard - remove fire debuff from spec fire dd
Theurgist - add higher spec air pets
Vampiir - increase growth rate of Vampiric Feint so spamming the 34 anytime isn't superior to doing VF-ES
Heretic - add focus single target heal in rejuv that increases value over time
Runemaster - increase either damage or debuff % of dark DD+debuff to make dark more competitive with runecarver
Minstrel - add Mastery of Stealth
Armsman - either make double speccing actually effective or drop it
Warrior - add spear as a spec option or give them a free spell to turn sword into thrust damage similar to what shadowblades have for crush
Sorceror - add ae dot in spec matter
Enchanter - add heat debuff to light spec DD

Merc/BM/Zerker:

Boost Prevent Flight

* increase proc rate
* increase snare delve up from 25%
* make it an unbreakable snare

This would help all 3 light tanks, would be something the janitor left at Mythic HQ might actually be able to do (it's just changing numbers) and well it would give groups a reason to pick a light tank above something else (might help BMs a bit)


Currently it's:

"With each hit there is a 10% chance of triggering a 25% snare on the target.The target must be moving and in front of the player."

(Spell) Destroy Movement Line altered to be useful or replaced with castable(ie non-focus) single target Snare+effectiveness debuff

Isn't lag problems,char copies to mordred and some ywains needing more housing more important??
