Submit your PROOF that Decal (or any TPA) CAUSED 100,000 people to quit AC. Bear in mind, that the population decline is NOT proof of what CAUSED it, it is simply the RESULT of one or more EFFECTS.

Just the other night I was playing a different game and there was one of those 'good ole days' chats in main chat talking about AC and how it is a hackers paradise now. Or when they changed the entire Patron/Vassal system and "XP Passup" went through the floor? Or when they raised the cost per month from $9.95 to $12.95? Or like when Turbine completely botched the housing launch and people were royally ticked because there were like 3-4 times as many people as cottages and villas and people quit (like myself)? Or just the simple fact that the graphics hadn't changed much in 6+ years and other games like Half-Life 2, Doom 3, as well as the PS/2 and the XBox came out and the entire "console revolution" happened?

The other things you mentioned (other than housing) do not apply, if you look the population was already devistated from a certain plugin (not all of Decal though) at that time. Adding the housing the way it was implemented was obviously runner up next to the macros though, I mean splitting an online community is never a good thing. I mean your whole November -> February argument I see about 10k subs lost.. so divvy that up between macroing, old game, etc.. and all your reasons and all your big reasons (other than housing) are around 2k lost subs max lol.


I'm leaving for good now, I caused enough trouble. Please try to sleep easier tonight, I know it's tough having to cheat but seriously.. don't let it eat you up too much.
