Yeah I know that, but they aren't demanding tribute from nations, they aren't militarily threatening nations, they aren't starting their own nations.

bloods and crips in the sticks...they thought they were cool until they came across some REAL gang bangers. 
one of them literally pissed his pants
now at work i deal with them all the time.
DC Blacks are trickling in along with some hispanic gangs...tension is high at work right now.

Yeah for like 2 weeks in jr high. I think they're their own nation in the same way Afrika Baambaata and the Zulu Nation are their own Nation...i.e. not at all

I grew up in a rural area outside Sacramento, CA, as a middle-class Caucasian. The only thing I heard about gangs was news from New York or L.A. Oh, and I saw the movie "The Warriors" so of course I have some prejudices built in now.
