My thoughts...and actions, exactly. Why was it fun before and just plain boring and "vanilla" now? And how is the new philosophy supposed to be "fun"?

"Coding" is the generic word I use. Agree that coding is the easiest part. Design should be 80% (minimum) with coding 20%. THEN we can talk about usability testing, QA, etcetera.
