I think Jersey is like that also.
Lots of the stations near the Portland Airport do not let you pump your own gas. Yes, Jersey too.

Man, the oil companies really have it made.
They can shut down refineries on a whim and drive up prices virtually overnight (which is pretty much what they have been doing) despite the fact that there is both a) weak demand and b) a glut of supply of their product.
Then by default half of the country will blame whomever is in the White House at that given moment for the fact that the price of their product (and their resulting profits) are soaring.
It's win-focking-win I tell you!
