Uh this guy is a moron. You know the guy got out of his car, ran after the kid, they got into a fight, he shot the kid. There isn't a judge or grand jury in the world (except maybe a racist one...) that would say that isn't probable cause.

They're using the "stand your ground" law to protect him.

It would defy belief if they didn't at least run it by a grand jury. Grand juries have indicted on much less evidence.

That stupid stand your ground law needs to be stricken down.
You can basically shoot and kill ANYONE and just tell the cops, "It was self defense!" and (apparently) they won't even focking arrest you.
