Actually mine is phpbb, we just have a lot of shit in place to prevent spammers, we haven't had a single spamming incident in a long time, there are a lot of good plugins people can use that have global blacklists.
What plugins are you using to prevent spammers and people running link bots? I'll throw them up on DTBoard.com

I will admit I'm not too keen on joining a forum run by someone who just registered that I've never heard of...
Not that I don't think it's cool that you'd host forums, just that it should probably be a relatively notable member of the community of people are going to trust that it will stick around. (I'm not saying I'm notable either, just that i've been around a long time).

I agree with this. I want a trusted and known person hosting the boards, or running it.

I agree with this. I want a trusted and known person hosting the boards, or running it.
I just registered this name, my original account is registered in '01 but I sold that character long ago so I prefer not to post on it. I came back to darktide about two months ago. I'd also be willing to give trusted members of the community full moderator/admin access.

Aye, me too. Needs to be an established member/guild. But we'll put it to a vote, others may disagree if the boards offered are good enough.
