I stand by my original statment that the TOS is biased to favor those who speak languages other than English.


Mythic, it says you will not discriminate against anyone and in your own TOS that it is grounds for your account being suspended or revoked, yet you clearly show all the signs of being biased in favor of foreign players because you do not have the right system in place to respond to bad foreign language.


You simply do not have the staff you need to investigate and make decisions based on all the facts involved in each complaint.


Did anyone see in /reg chat who was instigating me at all? You didn't because it was in a foreign language.


Either way you look at it you can not discriminate against anyone because of race, sex, religion or origin.


I think the lack of foreign speaking GMs puts this equation out of whack and unintentially discriminates against English speaking players. You should consider reinstating all of those who lost their accounts since the server merge and get a batter system in place for handling this.

I don't care what you think of me. Irl, I'm a CPA, and I am serious (and seriously bored) most of the time, but in the game I like to kick back, laugh and have a good time. I don't let what someone says about me affect me in any way because only I can control how I feel about myself. No one else can ever make me feel any worse about myself because I am my own worst critic. I am rougher on myself than anyone else could ever be.


I don't have true hate in-game for anyone and I say tons of silly things, but none of it is over the top or meant to harm anyone. I'm just having fun and that's what this game is supposed to be about. I don't want to grow up in a game. That's why I play a game in the first place. If I wanted to grow up I would have cancelled long ago and never "wasted" time playing any games at all.

Others do too, but cannot because of your choice to have fun = disruption of / channels...If you are so intelligent....get a clue You say and understand you are the only person in control of yourself and no one else can control you.Some good advise..shut your trap and stop calling everyone in /channels names and trying to get them to do what you want...(or think is funny)You dont have to mention anyone's name. If you are expressing yourself in region the way you are..it is def directed at everyone...even though you dont seem to understand that,which is your #1 promblem here and especialy in game. The whole time you are blabbing in region it is either general negative comments (which you direct at everyone since you choose to do so in public /channels...or you are complaing about something op'd that another realm has that you say you dont. (which there is a feedback form for)

They probably appealed you just because you're an idiot and they are tired of your moronic VN posts.

My negative comments in /reg usually involve albs goign to defend a keep without a relic when one with a relic is under attack.


Albs are usually like teens on cell phones. They don't realize they are about to crash into a tree while driving until you wake them up to remind them.


I think the problem is I'm a bit older than the average person playing this game. The generation that followed me was born with cell phones and computers at birth. In order to grab their attention you have to say something sensational, or it goes in one ear and out the other.


It's a generational divide I think.
