I did get an email late in the day yesterday telling me to contact them by phone about my problem (just like i did on patch day).


i guess ill have to wait for monday to see if i get anything other than "do you have these ports open", "have you contacted your ISP?" or my personal favorite - "you need to reinstall the client"


If they have indeed dialed the problem, and their solutions work- ill try to post it here for any that need.

I cant believe how long this issue has been goin on... ive been playing for 8+ years and have never had an issue of this magnitude. If they cant fix the problem by the end of this week I think I will have to move on to another MMORPG that can keep their customers happy. When WoW came out, I protessed it to try and keep people on DAoC, but everyone I know playing WoW hasnt had an issue like this that the game wont even address to their users. I've givven more than $8,000 to mythic in service fees, you would think they might help out their long term customers... If anyone hears anything please post it, since the Herald isnt posting anything about it.
