Quit whining. They do have something planned for 10 year anniversary . Just be patient. As for the website, we all know it fails...don't have to bring that up.

Since when is making a valid complaint 'whining'? It's precisely indifferent tardish attitudes like yours that stop things being fixed. Have you sent constant feedback? E-Mails? Called support?
Things do not get better if everyone just STFU and accepts the status quo. The web site is a disgrace - complain, and often. This game is a joke now - my entire Guild has left to play Eve because we are sick of the lag since the German server merge. We've all complained and the Mythic monkey clearly can't be bothered to fix whatever's broken so we've voted with our feet.
If the server is still up with an active population this time next year I shall die of shock - Mythic have ran this game into the ground.
What a shame.

Well, I wish they would do something for the 10 year anniversary. Class balance is a done deal. How many times do you have to change classes around to realize you cant totally balance them? Stop bringing new op'd gear to the game thats going to be nerfed in a few months, and just update some stuff. Player crafted gear for one!

So before we were able to:
Search guilds
Search characters
Search IRS, highest realm points earned, etc.
See population status of each server (this was always depressing to see post LotM)
Find out guild's information, including website, guild ranks
Now:
Simplified text boxes and a website that a 12 year old could design.
We lose all search engines except the outdate FAQ guide.
A "wikipedia"?
You give the new website way too much credit. It is nothing more than a blog that any fool could create on wordpress.com in less than two hours time to configure the design template and upload files

Hopefully after the old republic launches, and the hype on that goes down the gutter, and they smooth out all the bugs yada yada, maybe just maybe after that they can look back at the only other mmo they have on their docket that is worth a crap.
I still have faith one day daoc will get revamped. You never know the revamp might be as good as the website revamp! Man wasn't that great, its so easy to navigate now and and there is even a producer's letter! Way better than the herald! I mean who needs to navigate characters and guilds? Who needs to see who holds the relics? All useless info. Good work guys!
