Again, I just want to make sure we're all talking about Necros here. Possibly the single most dismissed class in RvR history.

how do i get in on this 800+ lifetap deal? i've MoM6, AA6, +104 int, 48+18 Deathsight spec and i only hit for 599 before crits and resists. how do i get 800+?
599 before resists? seems a bit low.
599 after resists, means you 4 shot, within FP, any caster and most hybrids. and with 25% SP, resists won't be high...

i tend to see messages in my combat log like "you hit for 533 (-66) damage" which i've always interpreted to mean base damage of 599 with 66 (ie 11% - i presume 10% from CL and 1% left over from 25%SP) was resisted so instead 533. is this wrong?
a little low? as i said i run
- MoM6
- AA6
- +104 int from items
- +10% spell damage from items
- 48+18 Deathsight spec
- inconnu race with +15 int at creation
what else is there?

Inconnu with +15 int? There's your 4 cast problem right there.

Yes, you are hitting for 533. (-66) is the damage reduction due to resists.

Running WP9 on RR8L9 necromancer so it must be possible to get the amounts the topic opener speaks about.
40% of my hits are crits, but don't get crits that high very much.
But it's a cry topic, he died in rvr and is angry about it.
I would give up 25% pierce for a faster casting pet.

only thing i ever thought was pretty crazy about a necro, was when we were fighting furas 8man that ran a high RR minst and a necro.
i was on my zerker, and was armor debuffed by the necro, and the buffed red barquest dog thing was hitting me for like 500000 millions.
obliviously im over exaggerating, but holy shit that thing was hitting me for way to much~
i don't know if that's a QQ minst comment more than a QQ necro one though....

Next time I get added on by a necro and get nuked for a lot I'll make sure to SS it. Seriously no exaggerations have been nuked for 821 821 then 900 something with a crit.
And by saying next time, I mean the next time I log in and play.
