Its always been hard to find a good guild to take in new people. They often forget that they too were once newbs that were low RR and knew nothing of RVR. People often forget where they came from. But dont fret, I always did better alone  you can too. You dont need others to play and enjoy the game. Just play and have fun, you'll find what your searching for. There are some friendly guilds that aren't elitists. Just takes a while to find them.

I just got this game 3 weeks ago. Never played it before. Played EQ PVP server for years and quit a couple years ago (Best PVP Zerker on Zek) and Played warhammer at release which lead me to this.
-Since creating my 1st toon(troll shaman) i have received nothing but help. This includes the people who told me to remake my troll shaman a kobold in molvik. So I am now a 50 Kobold Shaman RR 5.
-Guild/alliance always answers my questions no matter how stupid they are("I cant move! WTF" encumbered, "Why are bags dropping on ground everymob i kill?" -you're in a group, etc.)
-When i was in molvik some stranger gave me a Molvik Shaman template that he made himself; that had expensive items in it(dragonseye strand etc.) and full crafted gear.
-When i was in CV and was designing my 1st template(took me prob 3 hours), a RR12 warrior made me my gear for free and told me I had a spot in his RVR groups anytime whenever i hit 50.
-When i hit 50, said warrior invited me on his guilds relic raid and I was thrown into a huge battle.
-Also grouped with them in "laby" and they ran me thru all the ports and told me about all the macros, /bind at laby, etc.
I was in CV the same time Cenk was in there and grouped with him many times. Sounds like he is just having a tough time doing stuff at lvl 50. The experience I have had has been nothing but friendly with a few A holes here and there. On a business trip now and can't play again for a week, but i look forward to learning how to play my shaman better in the big battles.

I don't have any Kobolds. And he was on his troll, I was in Molvik.

No thats me. Congrats on killing someone trying to level. It takes much skill to kill a shaman kiting mobs solo. The fact that you SSed it is even more pathetic. Low RR, not lvl 49, untemped Shaman gets killed at exp spot and you feel the need to print screen load pic to pic hosting site and post the pic on the internet.... Sad.

I'm imagining your surprise, though. When I'm in your position the last thing I could imagine would be that someone would actually save the moment to disk.
