Got two emails, first said they were investigating the matter, second email told me to get a new code from my vendor (in this case the EA origin store i guess). Which is kind of weird as their support staff already told me (at the beginning of all this) that they can't help me in any way and that I should get a new code from Mythic. I just mailed them again of course but if they refer me back to mythic again i'll probably go insane.
Same: "We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that you have encountered with your codes. Unfortunately, after further investigation we would not have the capacity to grant a new code. As such, the best bet at this time, would be to contact the Vendor from whom you purchased the code, and speak with them in regards to a new one."
I sent them a raging email back rawwwwwr, and also quoted what Kai said in the email

I'm surprised conspiracy theorists haven't suggested that this is a replacement multi-billing of subscriptions because more people are now using codes.
As I have said before I don't believe in this argument - it is simple incompetence!
If it doesn't get resolved I suggest posting on SWTOR forums about EA Origins selling invalid mmo codes...

Mythic might not be at fault. There is a chance that a person working at the 3rd party code vendor had an employee who understood their codes, or hacked them, that did this.

I agree. There is the possibility that EA/Bioware/Mythic is not at fault for invalid codes being handed out. It could be a technical challenge. It could be that someone duped some codes. There could be many reasons that the initial challenge is not the fault of EA/Bioware/Mythic.
BUT
As the store is EA/Bioware/Mythic and the company that is supposed to honor the codes is EA/Bioware/Mythic and the company that is tasked with making good to those who have paid for what were supposed to be valid codes is also EA/Bioware/Mythic, the handling (or mishandling) of the challenge after Bioware/Mythic became aware of the problem, that is all on Bioware/Mythic.
While Bioware/Mythic’s excuse of not being able to generate time codes may be technically true, it is also obfuscation of responsibility and transference of a customer’s care to others rather than taking the time to help those customers who are in need. As Bioware/Mythic has sent out emails to the players who have purchased used codes (instructing those players to contact the store), obviously Bioware/Mythic knows which accounts have this challenge. Bioware/Mythic could ensure that these accounts get an extra 10 days or so added onto each account (each account that has been given an invalid time code) to ensure these accounts do not laps while the users are waiting for some action. Bioware/Mythic can most certainly add time to an account (add a week or 10 days).
Also, rather than letting players swing in the wind and getting bounced to the store and back again, Bioware/Mythic should have included in each email a specific contact person at the store who is tasked with ensuring each customer gets a new and valid code.

I agree. While the initial challenge may not be incompetence, the way they are dealing with the challenge may be “simple incompetence!â€

Yeah, I told them in an email that I can forget the fact they sold me a double time-code, but the way they're handling it is just so rage inducing. They did reply eventually and are now claiming once again that a code will be sent to me in the 'near future'. That's great and all, but I can't really do much without a bot atm thus my main account is just losing time. I considered just buying another timecode to activate the bot and using the one they will send eventually for my main account that expires in 2 weeks, but knowing my luck I will simply get another duplicate. I'm not even sure it will be resolved within that timeframe.
Guess I'll just have to wait for the 'near future', or whenever that may be for Mythic.

We are still waiting for the backend provider to finalize the list of affected accounts and to send the replacements codes.

The problem seems to be fixed. We bought 2 codes in the last 2 days and they are working.

It is good that you all (Bioware/Mythic) seem to be trying to get on top of this.

Since Kai is posting in this thread...I would like to have my Scout account back, I had bought codes through the site a few months ago from the EA site itself. I also bought codes from another site, that got their codes from Lucky-Charmz. Apparently, this is why my account was banned. Would really like to have my scout back after putting a lot of work into it.
also, want to note, I have contacted Support to try to fix this but they keep sending me to the other Support. I call EA support, they tell me to contact Bioware Support and such. So I am getting pushed around through support, without anyone actually helping me out. The account was banned in October for 3rd Party Codes. Which most(around 95% of the codes) were used from EA itself.
