A few questions if I may...
Was my link for the dx dev's kit helpful at all?
I knew it was a shot in the dark, but having been in a supervisory postion over hundreds of people; I know sometimes even the most simplistic solution can be overlooked.
Also, is it not possible for Turbine to compile the memlocs under a constant algorithym?
It seems to me that the compilation process is a bit dated and could better serve the community if the compilation process took a more logical route. I realize that Turbine "sees" the code differently, but is not in the best interests of the AC community for Turbine to share a recompiled version of codes specifically for the decal dev team [under an NDA, with rights to work exclusively with the code within the decal window]?
I for one suggest that it's high time for Turbine devs and the Decal Devs to have a sit down and seriiuosly discuss the future of not only Asheron's Call but Decal as well. I forsee great things should the teams put their heads together and hammer some things out.
