I could be mistaken as I read through this thread pretty quickly, but I thought there were no actual code changes made from .3 to .4 and was only recompiled with a different version number. So, the issues you had with .3 would still exist with .4. Para or Ceril could correct me though.
Para - if you guys ever need help, you should let me know.

You should talk with C'relic about that. I haven't really been working on LT for the past few months -- I just did the boot fix as I was going home for a couple of days and C'relic was swamped with work.

is it possible to have the decal devs reinstate(allow) version 2 since that was alot faster and some of us had no problems at all with it? i find version 3 slow and version 4 even slower.

legendofdark, what version are you using? I'm casting 6s with version 11.7.0.3. It works fine for me so I didn't upgrade to .4
The other option, if you have the plugin BuffMe (which I know is no longer available, but still works) can be set to auto revitalize/mana/health. Maybe you could try that until there is a fix?

Version 3 is version 4, and it's slower for a reason. The lock has been done, I don't believe we'll be asking them to reverse it.
Changes will start being made again once RL slows back down to normal again... well assuming we finally get DSL as promised.

Why is .3 and .4 so much slower/dumber/less efficient than .2? .2 rocked
does .2 still work with this version of Decal?

11.7.0.2 sometimes spams the server, causing increased server processing and ultimately, a CoC boot. This happens even with turbo off. 11.7.0.3 fixes this problem by better regulating the rate at which spells are cast (there was some regulation before, but it wasn't good enough.) The side-effect of this is that LT casts and performs other actions somewhat slower.
11.7.0.2 has been killbitted by the Decal devs at our request, so it will no longer work.

Next question - why is LT less efficient with dealing with Mana suddenly? Now it will cast wars down to 4 mana left, then cast a s2m 3?? When it fails it will cast lvl 7 wars again? It seems less aware. I tried raising min mana from 33% to 50%
