As far as the spell issues go, I'll summarize what I said in another thread:
I think I know what the problem is. Spells are now queued, so they don't spam the server. The queue is checked every 0.5s or so. If there's a spell, the macro will attempt to cast it. Once it successfully casts, it is removed from the queue. So what's happening is that a bunch of war spells are getting queued, and LT is trying to cast them before regen spells such as s2m. Due to where I tested the change, I didn't get into a state where there were extra war spells queued up, so I never saw this problem.
Fortunately, I think I know of a fix: Whenever you need to cast a spell to restam, heal, or s2m, those spells need to go to the front of the queue. Due to how LT handles war and buff spells, it should be sufficient to simply clear the queue, add the new spell, then go on as normal -- LT will recast the buff/war spells, if necessary.
Unfortunately, as I don't have VB6 on my laptop, I'm unable to get out a fix (I went home for Jul 4, so was able to get the boot fix out then since I have VB6 on my desktop.) I've sent the info to C'relic and I'm sure once he has time, he'll get it out.
