I recently created a 2handed character and I've collected a fair number of swords. I've also added the swords to VT as weapons.
Unfortunately VT seems to always want to use the last weapon added as my 2H weapon, regardless of the monster I'm attacking.
Is there a way to convince VT to use the appropriate weapon for each monster?
On the monster tab, you have to add the specific monster, then all the way on the right, you can select which weapon to use on it.

I'm probably one of the few people to ever use/request this...
Would be nice if there was an option to Enable/Disable the macro. ex.: "/vt set opt RunMacro true". I know about the "pause/break" key but would love to have an opt version as this is more reliable...setting a definite state rather than toggling.
I have spaces in my char names, so I'm unable to use "/vt settings load <profileName>" to load a char specific profile. VT just creates a new global profile of that name. I tried to make due with this and know there are some other work arounds, but once I thought about global profiles in general...how do these ever work?!? You pretty much always have to have at least 1 wand added to a profile, but if this profile is shared globally amongst chars, the other chars would not be able to access the wand or any other item set in the global profile...am I missing something here? It would be great if there was a way to load settings on a char basis (perhaps always, given the limitations I just mentioned). One way would be to allow a command like "/vt settings load [Char]<profileName>". The other would be to improve the parser a bit to allow something like "/vt settings load [Machine's Mule MMXI profileName]".
Probably not all that useful for 99.9% of users, but since that capability is there for the most part, it would be nice!
Another thing that would be awesome but more difficult...on the Monsters tab would be awesome if there was an "Advanced" button that allows you to custom select debuffs. For example, it's often nice to be able to vuln more than one vuln when hunting with several other players, debuff specific skills, debuff weapons, etc. Would be awesome if you could specify the spells and the ordering with a move up/move down sort of thing!

That's unfortunate. VT is smart enough to know the vuln types for War and switches arrow types for Bow, why doesn't it do the same for melee?

Pretty sure it will IF the weapon is a rend. Like a bludg rend ua for olthoi. If you don't have the correct type of rend, it defaults to the first weapon in the items list I think.
It may be that you just have to add the monster and that's all that is required as long as you have the correct rend. If the monster isn't added to the list, then the default line is what is used.

That's it, I'm sure - I don't have a rending weapon (yet).

Hey Virindi,
There seems to be an issue with the blacklist option, it won't blacklist a target at all, no matter what I have the option set to. Not too sure if this is only a problem with archers or what.
You happen to know if it's a bug or something I'm missing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same issue with archers. It will shoot endlessly into a hill and never blacklist.
Not sure how intricate this fix would be, but I would absolutely LOVE it if you had a moment to update vtank with an archer blacklist option.

Did you go under the advanced options and turn down the number of attempts before blacklisting. Think it defaults to like 40-50 attempts before blacklisting.
