He did, that was the one that Glenn and Daryl ran into in the woods.
Did I miss that? I remember they found him, Daryl determined his neck was snapped and had no bites, then they left to go fine Rick as they knew Shane was up to no good.

Errr you do realize that in the first season there was a zombie that was dragging itself around just by its arms as it was completely severed in half and was only torso and up  That virus apparently doesn't use neurons or any normal muscle action to animate the corpse.
Yeah, so what's keeping the zombies down then they do brain damage? By your logic, the zombies should never stop trying to go after their victims.
I think the virus still requires the nerve pathways to animate the corpse. Thus, I don't see how that dude was up walking around trying to kill Glenn and Daryl.

You must have gone to make a sandwich. The previous scene was Glenn sinking a big machete into that dudes skull.

so burying your dead is a bad idea.
unless you preform kind of serious brain trauma.
I think when the brain medically dies the virus takes over and reanimates the corpse..
Cause other people have sustained major injuries but havent turned.

I do have to say I am glad that at least if the head is "gone" then the zombie is dead. I always hate those shows where an arm or hand is creeping along and then grabs on to someone.

I have a feeling that when they meet the governor, there will be scenes that better explain it. Like maybe his group will show off what they have learned about the walkers.
