The first "Cross" was scratched into his forehead using his thumb nail, the reason it appeared to look like a "x" was because he was held in 5 point restraints 24 hours aday.

The aspiring actor who went mad for being rejected after auditioning for a TV show turned to the symbol used by an artist that went mad for being rejected by an art school.

You can't make this up.

Edit Also the Swastika is a Buddist symbol, the Nazi party reversed it, and that became their symbol.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika

I don't think it was reversed. Working as intended.

Page.

If you scroll down in the link you provided to "Contemporary use in Asia" you will see a picture of a Buddist temple (Swastika on temple in Korea), you will note that it's reversed from the Swastika's used by the Nazi's.
Buddists hook to the left, Nazi's hook to the right.

I think it had alot more to do with extreme drug use as well as a number of untreated STD's.

When I was a kid. I lived in Vacaville Ca. for awhile. Manson was being held in the California Medical Facility there. I used to ride by it on my bike to go to a friends house all the time. Well one day they were loading some guy into a white van. Looking a little closer it was Charles Manson bigger that s***! I just got goose bumps typing this that's how bad that SOB freaked me out. He looked right at me as I was riding by.

From that day forward I took about a 10 minute detour when I was going over to my buddies house. Back in the 70's he was about the evilest mofo on the planet to Americans.

He's an old tired man who made mistakes in his youth. He's spent more time in prison then any other murderer i know of, should he die in prison? No, i don't think he should.
I would set him free for his last days. Maybe he'll try to make up for the mistakes he's made, letting him out is the only way to know.

lol

He never killed anyone. I think most of em that did the killing are out already aren't they? Quit following it years ago.

But I agree. Honestly they should sneak up behind the little crazy bastard and slit his throat at the parole hearing.

Or we should just lock you up with him for his remaining time and you can let us know if he has changed after he has passed.
