Should have been executed in the '70s. Too bad he was in Cali, we would have done him quick in the dirty south.

One of the things I do like alot about Texas, they fry them and move on. No sense wasting all that money on these lost causes.

But I agree. Honestly they should sneak up behind the little crazy bastard and slit his throat at the parole hearing.

Stick him in DAoC with permanently attached virtual reality goggles and make him play a Mauler. He'd be alone forever.

Speaking of crazy people, shouldn't you be in the kitchen or studying something?

He never killed anyone. I think most of em that did the killing are out already aren't they? Quit following it years ago.

Thats correct he didn't actually do the killing. The "members of his family" that did the killings have long since been released.
He's also 77 years old atm, i don't see him being much of a threat to anyone.

Sitting in the kitchen on your laptop studying the VN boards doesn't really count. Your hubby would be very disappointed.

He's an old tired man who made mistakes in his youth. He's spent more time in prison then any other murderer i know of, should he die in prison? No, i don't think he should.
I would set him free for his last days. Maybe he'll try to make up for the mistakes he's made, letting him out is the only way to know.

Or we should just lock you up with him for his remaining time and you can let us know if he has changed after he has passed.

Why? Whats my crime? Is it because i think he's paid for his crimes after 40 years in prison? Which is far longer then any other person i can think of.

So i was looking for the average time served for murder and found this.

Felony Murder is first degree murder and is prosecuted in every state very seriously. some punishments can include
* Imprisonment (state prison)
* It could be on your record for life
* Probation or parole
* Loss of the right to possess deadly weapons
* Loss of occupational licensing
* Loss of right to vote
* Significant fines
