AC didn't have loot drama? I seem to remember this armor called Nexus Armor that was nothing but drama >_< Just say'n. I TOTALLY miss AC  |

I can't even imagine how current MMO players would handle the old AC loot system, especially tinkering. 9/10 tinks, imbues, random major placement/type...they'd probably just drop dead from the sheer level of rage it would produce in them.

AC is easily the superior game... granted I only played the 14-day trial. The reason I play WoW is because my friends play WoW.

Rofl, your average WoW player today would be completely and utterly lost in AC. There is so much content, it isn't even close.
Loot system was by far the best ever created.
Holy trinity, pft please, you take what you have and just go, mage, archer, UA, og, you just go in and own the place.

Yah, Gaerlan...His sword would reach 3 squares...so the ranged had to stand way back behind the wall of 3 
His sword also did all 3 imbue damage types at once(AR, CB, and CS), plus triple strike...

You can still play AC. Whenever I start thinking nostalgic about AC, I just remember buff cycles. I had a "gimp" char because I got so sick and tired of it.

buff cycles are automated with macros now..
and while grinding mobs, there are "continuous buff cycles", which throw out a buff or two every couple of minutes..
