I'm way too overprotective (according to family and friends...) but I don't let anyone babysit my children except for my in-laws and my parents, and even then only if the female is present the whole time. Period. Zero exceptions, now or ever. People are crazy and sick, and aside from that they're also prone to incompetent accidents too. Family can be just as guilty, but non-family doesn't love a kid like a parent does and in most cases their only fear in the event of an accident resulting in that kid's demise is what their accountability to the law is. 	Isnt every guilty person in the slammer because the proof or guilt is 100% absolute? And its always 100% absolute until it turns out its not? The hurdle you are trying to set has a pretty massive margin of error. If you are ever 100% absolutely positively dead certain of something....you are really just fooling yourself.
