people can steal from me even if i know the buisness well.
stealing is prevented by keeping an eye on the books. not knowing the buisness.
i could see if i was buying kegs of beer and a manager was reporting that they cost more than what they did
but here ill be making the beer with ingredients i purchased. i know what the beer costs. i know how much is there. i have a good idea of how much should be on the books when that tank is empty.
same with making sammiches. once i know the cost of the supplies, i can estimate how much should be on the books at the end.
i never thought it would be easy.
this isnt something i want to do because i think its an easy way to get rich.
i want to do this because i want a brew pub with my name over the door and my beer flowing from the taps.
