Hey, he is teaching them a "valuable life lesson". Namely that if you are poor, expect to get paid very little for doing a hard job for the rest of your miserable life while he spends a couple million at Tiffanys on his third wife while telling everyone else how to act morally just like him.
You can't make up stuff that funny.

7 hours a week for 30 weeks a year = 210 hours worked per year.
Price of a public education = $10,000 / year
$10,000 / 210 hours = $47.62 / hour
And it's not even taxed.
