Four pages into a thread about lesbians, and there is only one picture of hot lesbians?

And how many of said pics did you add to the thread?

From a heterosexual point of view, male homosexual sex must force one or both participants into being "feminized", and essentially treated as a woman. This lowers their social status by seemingly taken on the role of what is perceived as the weaker gender.

In contrast, two lesbians engaging in sex are either feminizing each other - which is a status quo change of social class - or one is even asserting a dominate role, which is actually a climb up the social ladder. Therefore the act is not seen with nearly the same level as disgust as the same act between two men.

This logic would lead to an abundance of straight only-tops. Our culture would view being the top in a male-male sex act as the ultimate establishment of masculinity, and as a symbol of power. We largely do not, and therein lies a double standard with other explanations. You may not be catching or being feminized, but your still 'gay'

This onion has many layers. Humanity has evolved to be skeptical of minorities or anything 'different'. It might've served us well once.

Not true. Straight women have this same fear that lesbians will hit on them because they are so attractive they just can't be resisted. It's a straight issue in general.

Huh. Never come across that. I'll take your word for it though.

There's definitely a gender specific component though because because women arn't really known for raping people. I'm sure your average woman is much more afraid of being raped by a man than a woman (or of being hit on by a man you don't like, for that matter), and your average man is also much more afraid of being raped by a man than a woman.

Note: I wasn't speaking so much of 'raping' as being 'hit on'.

Most of the exhibitionists are attention whoring cum dumpsters and not actual lesbians

Yeah, that was sort of my point. Women might not like getting hit on by other women but it isn't the sort of thing that keeps you up at night, is it?

Male fear of gay men has to do with fears of more than just being hit on and saying you arn't interested.

Ah, I see. Now that is interesting. I wouldn't have thought that [that it went that far].
