they already caught him, his court date was today for a first appearance. One of his runners was a dealer who got busted a few times so he turned into a CI. I spoke to his lawyer, I chose him for my friend. He got screwed over by the guy in the car that was with him. The reason why they didn't raid his house is because they knew there was nothing there, genius. They knew everything. The runner in the car was tipping them off as they were driving back ( it was a 8 hour drive)
I could care less what I say here, anyone who thinks a local police enforcement is going to come on a gaming forum to find information about a bust that's already open and shut case is the real retard.
You're not going to listen to this because you're young, stupid, and oblivious to the consequences of your actions here. But pigs will use anything they can find that you've said online to fuck you. They depend on people that think like you do.

my whole place is completely cleaned out. What can they arrest me for? Contemplating to sell? with what proof? text messages? I don't think that going to hold in court if there's no real hard evidence.
Maybe I'm wrong and they can but I highly doubt it, this isn't the minority report. I don't think you can arrest people that have nothing in possession for " possibly selling at future date"
In the US, you can do serious time for Conspiracy charges.
All they need to prove that is a voice recording.
Not sure what Canada's laws are like though.
Regardless, I think you would be doing yourself a disservice by not contacting a lawyer. That's a big thing to leave to chance - if nothing else, you pay some dude a couple of hundred bucks to give you peace of mind.

I'm not worried at all. I won't spend a second in jail. It has nothing to do with me, I have nothing linking me to this bust, other than being his friend. but he has hundreds of friends so in that aspect I guess we're all suspects . I don't care, though. it's done. just hoping he gets off easy
