when you add in motor vehicles, you remove the right to be secure in your person and free from unreasonable searches. thats a huge encroachment by the master race of the ruling party.
signing a drivers license does not give away inalienable constitutional rights.
and "not wearing a seat belt" is not probable cause to pull someone over and search their car for heroin or anything else, unless they have it on their dash cam. speeding is only probable cause if they have it recorded on a radar gun, why isnt the seatbelt violation the same way?

Another victim from the drug war really. Driving a beer truck or a pick up filled with tobacco is about as big as a crime as he actually committed. Hurrdurr he's a criminal

Uh, WRONG. The "radar gun" is NOT the decider. You have to be trained to estimate speed visually and proven by testing to be accurate. Then when you estimate their speed with your eyes and compare it to the audio dopplar signal from the gun you may THEN use the speed shown as verification of the estimate.
I'm guessing that you've never been to radar school since you spoke of something you apparently know nothing about. ***
***exception rule: If some local law states that the number must be "locked in" or something that would be different. The problem then becomes this: I can clock someone ELSE and lock the number, then pull someone else over and claim that it was their speed.
