I didn't say fat was bad. But your argument to stick to pork instead of beef is somewhat stupid from a calories point of view. If you care about calories purchasing certain cuts of either kind of meat is far more important than what meat you choose. And quantity is more important than both.

ill agree with that
but you can buy a weeks supply of good pork chops for the price of a couple of decent steaks.
and well cooked porkchops are the friggin bomb heezy
medallions are rockin good too.
i like pork. i love steak but i refuse to eat garbage steak from the typical local grocery chain.
pork is easy and hard to mess up like a good steak is.
stick with pork.

I can gain and lose tens of pounds in a matter of weeks. 3 months ago I weighed 220lbs. I'm sitting at 185lbs today. Just adjust your diet and intake. Will power too.
