its no different than banning for any other reason be it race or sexual orientation. Its all the same. She is a horrible stupid person who in the past wouldve banned black people from her restaurant

She is banning him because he holds an offensive belief which is also help by a huge number of Americans at this time.

This is bad business. And I disagree with it based purely on that.

She has the legal right to do it, I just don't think it was very wise.

They should be able to discrimate against other things too.

They should be limited to banning people who are disruptive. Banning a person for not liking what they believe is totally wrong and I would sue and take it all the way to teh Supreme Court.

No it isn't. Discrimination based on an immutable characteristic is worse than discrimination based on the person's political views. The latter is at least specific to something the person chose. The former can't be escaped and bears no relation to anything the person actually thinks or did.

They are banning him for his beliefs and values. This is no good reason and it shouldnt be allowed at all.

It's a private business. Ban him for any reason at all.

I don't care if you want to have Liberal Tuesdays, or ban anyone wearing headgear (which blocks a bunch of religions at least part of the time), or only serve ginger people.

It's YOURS. Do whatever you want.
