Cliffs: State senator made antigay remarks and is pushing a bill to only teach heterosexuality in schools. Restaurant owner doesn't serve him because those beliefs are offensive to her.

These are concerns I have. Would an avidly and vocally anti-Islamic campaigner be allowed to be denied service in a Muslim owned restaurant?
Would a vocally pro-gay person be allowed to be denied service in a restaurant owned by a vocally anti-gay person?

So, I'm fine with it.
I do suspect that looking for consistency in the application of anti-discriminatory laws will be a fruitless endeavor.
