The restaurant is in the public domain and as such it MUST serve anyone that meets normal rules for enetering a business establishment, ie, clothed, acting reasonably civilized, etc.
The owners have no right to 'Soup Nazi' the guy.
Separation of Food from Beliefs.
This isnt how the law has been interpreted by the courts. Business owners are given great discretion when not dealing with a protected class of citizens.
Bigots havent been able to make the case to join that protected class of citizens to the courts or to the voting public.

So its ok for her to be bigoted based on his beliefs. I think its not ok and I think he should sue and take it all the way to the supreme court if possible

Uh discriminating agaisnt someone because of their views is very different than discriminating against someone because of who they are.

That's seriously one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Treating people differently because they have political views you disagree with is extremely different than treating someone differently because of something they can't change like the color of their skin.
