This. It's the reason I don't really care about most kinds of discrimination. I just want knowledge of discrimination made public and then I believe the situation will work itself out. Much as it is doing here in this example.

The restaurant is in the public domain and as such it MUST serve anyone that meets normal rules for enetering a business establishment, ie, clothed, acting reasonably civilized, etc.
The owners have no right to 'Soup Nazi' the guy.
