No. China would win because the west is too soft hearted. In a war without remorse the US would destroy China to whatever degree of severity that we allowed ourselves.

I bet those missiles aren't as accurate as China reports them to be. Will they someday? Sure, but not today.
China's military is still woefully behind both the US and Russia in terms of technology. What advances they have struck over the past 15 years were stolen.

I read somewhere that our carriers have been pretty vulnerable to unorthodox attacks for quite a while. When war gaming, inventive opponents can generally wipe out a carrier pretty easily. It's so bad that there are all sorts of things opponents are no longer allowed to use against carriers in war game scenarios.

It must be an awfully small world you live on. Assuming at time zero it's already reached its maximum speed (impossible but go with it) the range at 5 seconds is ~17,000 meters - which is a little over 10 miles.

Carriers are far more vulnerable than people will admit, but China is still very vulnerable to interdiction of its resource and oil supplies.
