Actually the response on both sides tends to be more about the manner in which he dealt with the unions than outcomes.
My dislike for the man comes down to him underfunding pensions and then using that as proof they shouldn't be funded. All while claiming to be fiscally responsible.

You see this response alot from the right wing thinkers....if you want higher taxes, just write a check yourself.
But they dont make the same argument about spending. If we want lower spending, we should just stop accepting government handouts for our healthcare, our mortgages, our capital gains....we must stop accepting payments from medicare or food stamps or anyone on unemployment...

Thats a weak argument Kay. You work for your health care benefit. Tax deductions are a dumb argument since its already our money. Same with CGs. They aren't payouts. They are less receivables.
We've had this argument on the Outpost before and it always ends the same.
Anyways I am sure we have a fundamental difference in what we consider your money and their money. I'll just leave it at that. By the way I am NOT for cutting from the poor. There is a lot we can cut though and I am willing to start with the military and moving on from there.

Buffet made his fortune in the insurance businesss - as we all know, insurance is the biggest scam of all time.
Did he? I never bothered to look up where he made most of his early wealth. I guess I'll hit a couple biography blurbs here in a minute.
That would make sense, though. He approaches things more like long-term risk management and actuarial analyses... like in insurance... rather than short-term trading.
