Yes but do the TDs with turrets still get the same camo bonus that other TDs get?

The slugger is a decent TD, but you end up being put into fights with things you can't hurt much who can end you quickly. The only reason to really play that line is everything after the M36. You get a little better with a 25, then a lot better with the 28, then you turn into a giant sloth-worm that can kill anything as long as it keeps that thing in front of it. Also, you are literally the top priority for every enemy SPG and medium tank who will ty and make you their bitch, moreso than the other tier 9 TDs who can move a little.
It gets the same camo bonuses, too.

After watching this video I'm not so sure that it's the French tanks sucking as much as it is the players playing the French tanks. Pwnage:

The top medium frenchies at least are fast, they can scout agreesively and get away with it.
Was arty that took out the KV-5 there, not the AMX.

Finally started playing this game. I am only using a tier 2 tank, but I am enjoying it a lot. I am using the German line of tanks. I got one of my tanks to elite and working on this second one. I started out dying constantly, but now I am getting multiply kills every battle.

The German line is what I have mainly focused on. The German Leopard scout tank is still my favorite overall.
I strongly encourage it to anyone that doesn't mind dying for the team.

Now that I've bought a new hard drive and upgraded to Windows 7 Professional, I cannot get the game to load for me at all. As soon as I click on the "Play" button the screen crashes to desktop. Good times.

1. uninstall WoT, then
2. Reinstall the fucker (full install)

Haven't played any of the german td's although I should because historically they wtfpwned...

Thats why I went with the Germans. I thought I shouldn't gimp myself right from the start. I am enjoying the game. If any of you want to look me up on there I play with the name Drevid.
