fail since being an atheist means you've accepted that you don't know it all, that there is a wast ocean of knowledge out there that explains our reality better then the simplicity of "a wizard did it" which you seem to adhere to.
If anything being religious and believing that god created all the marvel around us is extremely arrogant, further more so since in the creation saga we're the pinnacle of creation.
There is no way of knowing that god does not exist, there is also no way to completely exclude pink flying unicorns.. The burden of proof is on the theists who claim that there is a spaghettimonster up there, not us.
