if the witness account is accurate, it still wouldn't change the fact that ZImmerman initiated the conflict... you're not allowed to shoot someone you start a conflict with if you end up losing.

Honestly my ass. You've posted twice and even from your phone. Try that "I really don't care" noob trick on someone who hasn't seen it from every other noob who posts repeatedly then claims not to care. 
And you can't prove me wrong. There are no pics that don't make this kid look like a 17 year old high school kid. Because....that's what he was.
The only thing I could be wrong about is if the kid decided to defend himself after being chased by some nutjob he didn't know. I'm not buying that yet either. Most of the evidence points to one person looking for trouble and it wasn't the 17 year old high school kid.

So the eyewitness that suddenly came forward after the fact gives evidence that suggests Zimmerman was getting punched and so he killed the kid? I don't think that helps Zimmerman's cause given the rest of the info in this fine thread.
I'm curious as to how this will all play out though.

That's why i said almost.  The police, in this case, aren't exactly the ones to be trusting either. Even if Zimmerman turns out to be innocent, there is certainly more investingating, and possibly an arrest, than what would have happened if public outcry didn't come into play. That's really what we're talking about here. And you seem to be indicating that everything went as it should have. The more that comes out, the less that seems to be the case.

This story keeps changing. I am starting to think they had no reason to arrest Zimmerman. Martin was kicked out of school. He was staying with dad so he was a new black kid in the area. It appears that the whole complex is private property in a HOA. There had been break ins with young blacks being seen in the area. So that explains Zimmermans interest in following him.
Next we will be hearing more and more about martin. Like
