What are the specs for training a runemaster? I didn't quite get what the Vault meant by it.

my runie is runecarving all the way and he is rr6, i have a wizard and eldritch, but i love my Runie the most!
plus with Runecarving, you get the spears of death as well

Personally I would choose a hunter over a caster as your farming toon.
Hunters have all the advantages of a caster, but don't have to wait on power to regenerate to keep dealing damage.
Since archery consumes endurance rather than power, you can buy some lvl30 invigoration potions from the market exporer in housing, to make your endurance almost never run out. You also get self buffs which add to your damage and you only have to worry about dex as a primary stat for speed and damage, unlike a caster which has to worry about dex for speed & piety for damage.

Thanks for the info. It makes sense. So far I like the new runemaster toon I created. I have completed a few quests and have the basics down now. I just need to level and make some big money some how? I'm level 10 after a couple hours. Hopefully I get a few more levels tomorrow.

A very fast way to gain XP at the lower levels is to port to the battlegrounds (just select battlegrounds when talking to a teleport NPC).. upto Thidranki BG (level 24) there are kill quests that give a truckload of XP and also special aurulite coin which you can use to buy pretty decent armor.

Instance dungeons give you aurulite (aur), for Mid characters this would be the Kobold Undercity and surrounding areas. This aur can be traded to merchants for gear. This is excellent gear for characters, easily maxing out your stats at lower levels. It won't stand against better gear at top levels, but great for levelling up.

At lvl 24 be sure to hit the battle grounds,it will give you a taste of what the end game will be and give you something to look foward too.thid(name of bg) bg(battleground) is lvl 20-24 so u wanna be 24.
Can someone give this guy a couple of plat,I can't get on today.This way he can check out housing and get sum basic stuff...
Bobs ui is a must and char plan helps a lot.
