They don't even have a WAR/DAoC bundle of some sort. That was asked for years ago. I don't see sub prices going down.

Probably needs to be $7.50. I don't feel DAOC has done enough with the game so I could play without a bot account. And I know the real price of DAOC is actually the cost of two accounts.
So until DAOC costs the same or less than every other MMO, I can't come back. Either $7.50 per account or come up with something so I don't feel obligated into using a second account.

I think your signature says it all, OP. If they drop the sub rate, they won't have enough $$ to keep the game running. If you want this game to shut down, that's a sure way to ensure it.

drop the rate from 15 to 10
that would mean the population would have to increase by by 1 3rd just to break even again...
so instead of 3k peak users, they'd need 4.5k at peak ... wich is more then the server can realy handle...
plus its not likely they'll get enough people to resubscribe...
its more likely the drop in revenue would cause EA to close daoc down completely.

Population on Ywaine is too high alot of the time. As for price, it is what it is, as soon as the game ceases to be profitable it will close. Personally I would rather pay to keep the game going that whine about everything.

Yep, already knew this was gonna happen. I normally have 6 accounts up but um no not for a game with under 2k pop,1 server and 15$ a month per.
They need to drop the price to 7.50$ Max

When does this happen??? Come to Glamorgan plenty of room there!!
Unfortunately i think the rest is true, before they lower subs they will just close.
