In my 10 years in game, i guess im a little confused. Why do you have to cheat to win? Does this make you feel uber? People talk about Mythic breaking this game down, The truth is, its the people who cant play this game the way it was ment to be played who do more damage then anything mythic could ever do !!! NOw i know there are going to be smart ass asnwers to this post but seriously,,,, WHY CHEAT TO WIN ?
And i know that mythic not doing anything about these people does harm also,

I would not equate cheating into why DAoC is in the state it is in. I also wouldn't blame the community in large.
People cheat for many reasons. Yet, generally they are a low percentage of players. The community is generally who sniffs them out and really adds pressure onto the developers to fix certain things.

YEs, CHEAT, using exploits, lag casting,,,speed hacks, etc, etc,, the list could go on forever,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,oh and my favorite!!! Farming rps !!!! Best one of them all !!

Sure you had to pay for that bonus with another account. But radar wasn't free either. It took a yearly subscription. So Mythic really only hates cheating that doesn't make them any money. They should just add radar to your account if you pay an extra 5 bucks a month.
Mythic has always balanced the game around being buffed. A buffbot is not cheating. Flip it and by your logic running a buffer in your group is cheating because it can give you an advantage over the solos you're rolling if they don't have a buffbot.

No, not always. Just after they realized what kind of botted monstrosity their conc based buff system had created and how much money it could make them.
