Haven't you seen, they invented a physical memristor a couple years ago? The impedance of the device is proportional to how much the magnetic flux changes with respect to the change in charge held by the device, and we call charge storing devices capacitors, and since charge is considered in relation to the magnetic flux, it can be considered a "flux capacitor" as good as any other name for it.
