Why wouldn't you use it? Chances are it's your only form of hard CC, saying it's OP because hib casters use it all the time is pretty silly.

I will respectively disagree with you on the Warlock Issue.
I have a harder time on my Mentalist then I have on my Warlock, big time... Even with my stun and gun... also my high delve nuke and same type damage debuff.

Warlock that catches me with my pants down, I at least have a chance to run the other way... hib caster just fries my nutz unless I have purge up. (unless I'm on my merc, in which case, I laugh at the silly hib trying to stun nuke nuke a det9 stoicism tank, which is like.. all of em)

Strange.. but mid/alb casters can actually kill people without "hard" CC on the same class that is doing the DPS... go figure!

Wow, on my lock if I catch anyone with their pants down you're looking at a 0-8 second fight at most.
Also, eww on Det 9 Merc. Charge 5 and forget wasting points =o) on Det.

All casters have a HARD CC, Roots and Mezes (With 2 alb casters gaining both as well as the SM).
I don't see why you have such a hard time with Stun Nuke Nuke, it's a very simplistic way of killing people... on my Mentalist I only kill really weak players with stun nuke nuke... the better ones I have to work to kill.

Well guess you guys are the 0.00001% top of the top, creme de la creme of daoc.. with caster templates with 3k+ HP then... unfortunately for us poor smucks that only have 2k HP and are apparently too stupid to know our front from our back, stun nuke nuke is the least enjoyable ability in-game...
Bummer that the majority of the players is in the later category...
