Wish I could actually read it, but donèt know why people even bother appealing when they hand someone something and they bolt with it lol.... I would never in my right mind give someone I dont know anything.. but this has been going on for as long as I can remember guess some will never learn.
And no option ... Nothing should happen I F..ked up...

I'm sorry but this is just dumb. For as long as I've played DAoC, Mythic has had the same policy regarding item transactions, and I have no problem with it. It isn't the CSRs fault and there's no reason he should be fired. I don't support scammers, but bottom line is, don't hit accept without accepting the possibility of losing whatever you are trading.

That's how it is in DAoC. I guess Mythic could *choose* to help victims like you, but it requires a lot more work than you probably realize. Also, I doubt Mythic condones plat/item transfers from realm to realm (even if they don't act upon it) so there's not much reason for them to go through this trouble.
I would like to say I sympathize with you for being scammed, but judging from the screenshot I can't say that I do.

no matter how polite I've been, CSRs have never helped me with anything. They always said there was nothing they could do even when I know for a fact other people who had the same issues resolved.

the few times ive ever needed csrs help not only did they answer me in a quickly manner, (most ive waited was maybe 2 hours) and they usually fixed the issue for me. the only one they couldnt help me with was when i accidently the whole sword and it was lost forever
