Sticking mobs that drop scales in random (actually random, not like the stupid doppel spawns) areas all over NF would be a good thing imo
Encourage some serious roaming in the far off zones.

make a BP farm team in leirvik or wilton where the place is all but dead cept for XPers. 150ish per turn in, 4 toons turning in, 4 toons pbaoe farming = good bp turn in.
back when the quest gave you like 250g per turn in, i made about 200p in a couple hours of doing this.
mind you not everyone has 8 accounts laying around and the machine power to run them all themself, but a live person + bot to turn in x 4 = decent farmage.
