Yeah, I agree on that. The evade/block/parry rate on mages is way too OP.
Yeah a charge tank with stoicism needs more tools to kill casters, I forgot.

i think a minor dps boost for bms would be ok, but that (or playstyle) has nothing to do with the planned changes to tw being a nerf instead of an improvement. it seems like most of us agree on that fact - except passwordltroll, who obviously doesn't know about items timers and other basic stuff of playing a lighttank. regarding the last patches, mythic actually seems to listen to the community, so i have some hope that celerity on tw will not hit the life servers. -.-

I forgot that tank groups exist. Seriously you have charge and det/stoicism what more do you need against caster groups that a proper template can't provide you?
