First thing, BM's do not get access to any weapon slower than 4.3 so swing speed is very easily capped with celerity charges...
Secondly, the new Blademaster ability actually overwrites celerity charges so once its used not only did it not improve the blademasters swing speed (already capped) but when it runs out celerity is gone altogether.
Mythic needs to ditch the celerity idea and simply up the delve of the damage add to something decent. This is a bad idea as proposed and needs to be changed!

Ok, so your going to be able to counteract those abilities for 30 seconds in a 5-7 minute fight then be completely f**ked for the rest of it.
Oh and if your running with a warden not only do you overwrite your own celerity but when you pop this you overwrite his/her better celerity chant and lost a small percentage of it...
