They should have a system that auto adds group members if you flag for it. That group could then find a skald and boot the last person if needed. People are pretty lazy and /region spamming is pretty annoying to most.

I totally disagree. The auto grouping system in Warhammer was one of the things I absolutely hated about the game. As a result of it, it was near impossible to keep a pickup group together for more than 2 minutes, before half the group changed.
