Bump because this thread is so helpful and a quick clarification for me.

So, as I understand it, with the exception of +% to melee speed, all dragonsworn and enhanced armor for level 39 players can be OC'd to 34.5/29.0 points and use the 5th slot bonus? Or does the size of the gem play a bigger part than just the points alone?

I too shall /tag this, because I just found out after re-upping my accounts that all my molvik toons are gimped. Now to find someone to fix them!

I SC mine to 33.0. They work fine.
